Terms of service
By using the ModLive app or website you agree to the following terms.
Draft: this document is a general template that the ModLive owner (and legal counsel where needed) should review and adapt before publishing it as the official terms.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity on it. Each person may hold only one active account. Users must be at least 17 years old.
2. Content and conduct
- Streaming pornographic, violent, gambling-related, hateful or otherwise unlawful content is prohibited.
- Harassing, scamming or impersonating other people is prohibited.
- We may remove content, restrict features or close accounts that break these rules without notice.
3. Coins and gifts
Coins are virtual items bought in the app or on this site. They cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account. Gifts that have been sent cannot be reversed. Refunds are issued only when coins fail to arrive after a confirmed payment.
4. Web top up
Web sign-in is approved from the ModLive app on your phone. Only approve sign-in requests that you started yourself. Orders that remain unpaid for 24 hours expire automatically.
5. Hosts
Hosts must follow the streaming guidelines and the applicable revenue-share terms. ModLive may withhold payouts where there are signs of fraud.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated at any time; continued use means you accept the latest version.
