Privacy policy
Applies to the ModLive app and the modlive.app website.
Draft: this document is a general template that the ModLive owner (and legal counsel where needed) should review and adapt before publishing it as the official policy.
1. Data we collect
When you sign up for and use ModLive, we collect account data (name, username, profile photo, the phone number or email used to sign in), device and technical data (device type, OS version, IP address, push token), and in-app activity (streams, comments, gifts, top up history).
2. How we use data
- To run the core features: live streaming, chat, gifts, levels and the coin wallet.
- To process top ups and keep a record of transactions.
- To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and enforce the terms of service.
- To send notifications, which you can turn off at any time.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help us operate (for example streaming, authentication and payment providers), limited to what is necessary, or when required by law.
4. Storage and security
Data is kept while your account is active and for as long as legal obligations require. We use encryption in transit and restrict internal access.
5. Your rights
You can view, update or delete your account from the Profile menu in the app, or by contacting us. For data deletion requests, email us from the address registered to your account.
6. Children
ModLive is not intended for users under 17 years of age.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
